Happy Heiny's Heiny Wash is a unique, all natural and organic spray which will gently cleanse and refresh the entire diaper area with no harsh chemicals. Heiny wash contains only the safest ingredients derived from plants. No rinsing is needed as the spray gently soothes, cleans, and moisturizes your baby's most sensitive areas with natural anti-bacterial protection. Heiny Wash replaces the baby wipes you used to use. Directions: Spray baby's entire diaper area liberally with Heiny Wash. Gently wipe with clean wash cloth or tissue. Repeat as necessary. Use with every diaper change to assure continued cleanliness and anti-bacterial protection. We pay for your shipping on all orders over $75 shipped to the Continental United States. Our free shipping method is often USPS Priority Mail, but may also be via UPS.

USPS Priority Mail
Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 business days to any destination after your order is shipped with Priority Mail. The rate for Priority Mail starts at $4.80 and is non-refundable. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Priority Mail.

International Orders
Diapers Etc. is pleased to offer International Shipping! All international orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service Express Mail International. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days and are insured against lost or damage at no additional cost. International shipping rates start at $22.50 and are non-refundable. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Military Addresses
We love sending diapers and more to our Military friends! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. It takes 1-3 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office. From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the U.S. (in most cases 7-14 days).

Order Tracking
Our USPS packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number. This means your tracking information will not be available until your order has been delivered.  Please be aware that the USPS provides a delivery confirmation service for most destinations, not a tracking service. USPS delivery confirmation services are designed to be a low cost alternative to full tracking and primarily provide delivery information. 

 

UPS shipments are trackable via www.ups.com. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package is ready to ship.
