Liners help keep messes off your baby’s cloth diaper, making them easier to clean with fewer stains. They are also great for keeping creams off of your cloth diaper (since creams can cause your cloth diapers to repel liquids). Liners also help to keep moisture away from your baby, keeping them feeling dry and comfortable. Liners can be cloth or biodegradable/flushable.

Doublers are thick cushions of cotton or hemp that can be placed in your baby’s diaper to provide extra absorbency. They are great for heavy wetters or for night-time use.
Inserts are often used with pocket diapers to increase the absorbency of the diaper. All you have to do is stuff your desired insert(s) into the specially designed pocket and you have an instant individualized cloth diaper.
