It seems like every day something new appears on the news about chemicals in our environment impacting our health and the health of our children. We at Diapers Etc are committed to providing environmentally friendly and safe products for your family. Bisphenol A (BPA) is one chemical that has been found to leach hormone disrupting chemicals into our food and drinks. BPA is found in polycarbonate plastic (#7) and becomes dangerous when containers are heated. All of our baby bottles are free of BPA and PVC (plastic #3) so that you can have one less thing to worry about! If plastic baby bottles still make you a bit nervous, we also carry glass baby bottles from Wee-go.
Please note: Our Nuby products do not include recycle codes on the bottom of the products. So, even though they are made from polypropylene, you will not find a #5 on the bottle or cup. Most of our Nuby products do contain an information sheet inside the product indicating they are BPA Free.
